Hillcrest Manor is a 90 bed skilled nursing facility and a 24 bed  residential care facility that is attached to the skilled facility.  We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Long Term Care Insurance, Hospice, Private pay and some Medicare Replacement Plans to provide 24-hour care for our residents. It is important for all our residents’ needs, physical, social, emotional, spiritual, to be met. Comprehensive care plans help identify those needs and aid the management and care givers in developing a treatment goal for our residents.  Our professional staff is qualified to provide skilled services for rehab to home short stays as well as on a long-term basis.  We offer top-notch, caring therapy services. These include physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We have after care therapy with restorative therapy. Restorative therapy continues to maintain and improve the resident’s progress after initial therapy.  Hillcrest staff ensures a quality review of resident’s situation prior to discharge to make the resident’s transition to home safe, social, and ensure proper support team for success.
